Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu gushed over her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti as he surprised her with a lavish birthday celebration on Sunday.
The winner of the ITV reality show celebrated her 28th birthday on Sunday and shared several photos on Instagram showing a hotel room full of elaborate decorations and gifts secretly organised by her boyfriend. Ekin-Su and Italian business owner Davide, 27, spent the day together in the capital, with videos showing the happy couple sightseeing at London Bridge and soaking up the atmosphere at The Skyline London’s rooftop bar.
In the snaps, Ekin-Su can be seen posing with several birthday cakes while white balloons fill the room around her. The Turkish actress is also shown surrounded by shopping bags while she sits in front of a large illuminated sign bearing her name.

A caption to her Instagram post said: “I have the best boyfriend in the world. Came into the room completely oblivious that my man surprised me... I just can’t.
“Thank you so much @davidesancli.”

Davide also shared several photos to his own Instagram page wishing a happy birthday to his "Queen.". He said: "My soulmate. My best friend.
"Hope you enjoyed your birthday. Cheers to many more celebrations to come.”
Other celebrities were quick to send their best wishes to the birthday girl. Love Island host Laura Whitmore said: “Happy Birthday Ekin!! Lova ya x.”
Fellow contestant Summer Botwe simply posted two red heart emojis while Dami Hope sent two fire emojis. Ekin-Su and Davide triumphed in the latest series of the hit dating show with nearly two thirds of the public vote, something she said came as a “shock.”
Speaking on the Capital Radio Breakfast Show following their win, Ekin-Su said: “If I’m honest, I didn’t even think about winning or who’s going to win.
“We were so involved in our relationship.”
The couple recently announced the next stage of their relationship while appearing on ITV's Lorraine, revealing they plan to move in together next month and host their own spin-off show where they will go on road trips to their home countries.
