Love Island's Charlie Frederick looks almost unrecognisable after ditching fame

Charlie Frederick looks completely different after ditching fame for his own fitness business.

The former Love Island star rose to fame on the show but it now seems he is living a more conventional life.

After occasionally appearing on Made In Chelsea, Charlie is focusing on his fitness, as well as helping others to live a healthier life.

First appearing on TV as a bright eyed clean-shaven blonde, he has now transformed his look since 2018.

He now sports a cropped hairstyle with facial hair and an earring, often showing off his toned physique on his Instagram page.

Charlie's Love Island stint was short lived as after arriving on Day 8 he ended up being dumped from the villa on Day 13 and without a romance to continue on to after leaving the show.

However, he has since found love Instagram model Natalie Clowes, often sharing photos of her to his social media pages.

Charlie's Instagram page is mostly dedicated to his fitness tips.

He now works as a online coach according to his bio.

His bio says: "Helping busy working professionals make their fitness journey work for them! Build muscle and burn body fat. SKINNY>STRONG?"

Charlie regularly shares clips of his workouts as well as nutritional tips and tricks.

He takes on clients and documents their body transformations through his advice.

In his pinned post, Charlie places two photos side by side, one where he is flexing and one when he is not.

He told his followers to not 'believe everything you see' when it comes to fitness influencers showing off their physiques on the social media platform.

He said: "DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE. This is a platform where people show their BEST self… including me.. but I’ll always try and take an honest stand point on what’s achievable and what’s not."

Charlie goes on to say that 'coaches and trainers have been training for years, not months' so those who are beginning their fitness journey should not expect instant results.

He also mentioned that some of those people inject steroids in order to get their desired body results.

Demonstrating the point in his post, Charlie said that it is 'their job to find the best angles and light' in order to show off their toned bodies.

He wrote that people 'don’t actually look like that walking around 365, you see a 000000.1 second snap of their life', emphasizing that even fitness fanatics don't look the same all of the time.

As well as his fitness business, Charlie also takes on brand deals and sponsorships.

Boasting more than 250,000 followers on his Instagram page, Charlie sometimes posts paid-for posts where he shows off products.
