Love Island 's Amy Hart has unveiled her incredible body transformation after spending seven days at a juice retreat in Portugal to “overcome [her] social anxiety”.
The reality TV star, 27, shared the results of her time away with fans on her Instagram on Tuesday.
She revealed she’s dropped 2kg (4.4lb) in the week-long retreat with Juice Master Jason Vale.
But Amy insisted she didn’t go on the solo holiday to drop weight, but to “overcome her social anxiety” as she embarks on a total lifestyle overhaul.
The telly personality, who already flaunted an enviably toned figure before her week away, unveiled her new slimmed down body in a series of snaps on her social media.
Gorgeous Amy posed in a barely there black bikini and showcased her natural beauty with a fresh face, not needing even a lick of makeup.
“RESULTS! So as you can see from these pictures my body did change from the 7 day @juicemasterretreats plan! I lost 2kg and toned up from all the exercise,” Amy wrote in the caption, detailing her journey to her 1.2 million followers.
“Hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest... jumped in a river... has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter!
“All in all a successful week!! Thanks so much to @jasonvale for an amazing concept. Can’t wait to come back!!”
She spent the week focused on exercise and her health, and the results are stunning.
The reality star revealed how her skin is glowing and she feels less bloated and more toned after spending the week looking after herself.
Amy’s retreat transformation comes after she revealed she's still in therapy over a year after her time on Love Island came to an end.
She said that going on the ITV2 show turned her into "totally different person".
She had a difficult time in the villa after falling hard for Curtis Pritchard and was then forced to walk when he broke up with her.
And Amy says she's now able to cope better with the anxiety she has suffered after seeking help.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "I'm still in therapy and it's made me totally different - I'm a lot more chilled. My brain was always in overdrive."
She added: "I'm a lot more chilled and enjoy life a lot more, with a lot less anxiety."
Amy's first experience with therapy was when she was offered help off-camera in the Love Island villa.
She met with a Love Island therapist 12 times following her split with Curtis.
Curtis' head was turned when he was in Casa Amor and he came back and dumped her.
She attempted to stay in the villa but realised it would be too difficult for her to watch him flirt with other women.
Amy continued: "I wouldn't have had therapy if I'd not been on Love Island, I'm really grateful."
Since leaving the villa Amy has stayed in the public eye.
She has starred in Celebs Go Dating and made appearances on Loose Women.
Last year she spent £35,000 on new teeth after trolling during her time in Love Island made her self-conscious about them.
