One of the show's stand out segments is the 'food fight' which sees contestants throw and spit food into each other's mouths. Though a staple from the beginning, it seems the 2022 series will not be keeping the tradition alive.
Reddit user Roxygen1 said: "Please can you stop making people spit food into each other's mouths."
Mike added: "We are stepping away from the food challenges as we know them."
The news split fans in the comments section as some bid good riddance to the challenge whereas others said they will miss it. Mike went on to answer questions including what this season had in store for viewers but kept the finer details under wraps.
