A Love Island legend has gushed over Sinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald in her most recent post.
Shaughna Phillips, who was on season six of the show, met the Dublin TD on the set of Good Morning Britain earlier today.
The Love Islander previously worked in politics before entering the villa.

She tweeted: “The president of Sinn Fein, an absolute delight”.
Mary Lou even replied, she said: “Great to meet you @Shaughna_P bright and early!! @GMB .”
The Dublin Central representative was on the show to say that she believes there will be “referendums on unity in this decade” and said that it’s a “democratic opportunity”.
Meanwhile, Shaughna was on the show to discuss how holiday bragging whilst in at work is "part of the social aspect of the office."
Fans loved that the pair joined forces, one said: “Love UNITED island.”
Another said: “You're looking so glamorous Mary Lou - I’m so proud of you in many ways - looking forward to when you will be our Taoiseach and Ireland's biggest party.”
A third added: “Great picture Shaughna. Mary Lou is a great woman.”
