Love Island is in crisis for one couple - as tears are shed when they hit the rocks.
In a dramatic teaser from tomorrow night's episode, Molly was left in tears as she confronted her partner Mitchel. The pair had seemed quite closed off with their eyes just on one another.
In today's episode, Molly made a plan to talk to Zachariah more after they shared a kiss in the challenge, and she expressed her concerns about Mitch during a chat with Ruchee about how she was feeling.
"I know Mitch is saying to people he’s closed off," she told him, as Ruchee replied: "It’s not like you’re in a relationship." Molly broke down in tears as she admitted she was "finding it hard to explain herself," adding: "Whatever happens I just go with it."
In a preview from tomorrow night's show, she says: "Everyone tells me you’re closed off. You’re good. No, I’m not closed off," as Mitchel replies: "I don’t want to give you the energy I think you deserve when you’re not going to give me the reciprocation back."
Clips of Molly crying were then shown - could this be the end for them?
Before she arrived in the villa, Molly said now was the ideal time to find a man.
"I think it’s ideal timing and the perfect way to find someone. I don’t go out and party and I don’t use dating apps, I’m actually quite old-fashioned, so there’s no better way to meet someone by going into a Villa in the sun with the potential ‘one’ in there," she shared.
Mitchel, meanwhile, is hoping for a fresh start in the villa, away from the women of Sheffield.
He explained: "I feel like I’m known in Sheffield as ‘someone’s ex’, so it’s nice to have a fresh start and to switch off from distractions and to focus on finding the perfect girl for me. I’ll bring a cheeky trait, I’m a bit of a wind-up merchant."
Molly has already been in the villa before - and had a special tour from producers.
"With my job being in social media, I’ve had some amazing opportunities to go on press trips and I’ve actually been out to the Love Island Villa’s in Mallorca and South Africa. Having the experience to walk around both was amazing but to now actually live in the Villa is going to be incredible," she said ahead of her arrival on the ITV2 series.
Mitchel and Molly hit it off from day one and if they can make it work, he will no doubt be a gentleman to her.
"I thrive on being a gentleman. I’ll shower you with flowers, I’ll take you on dates, I’ll fill your bedside draw with your favourite sweets and chocolate. I’ve been single, I’ve had my fun, and now I want to settle down now," he said.
