Dublin-born Dami Hope is the first male contestant announced for the new Love Island series.
The hunky 26-year-old is a microbiologist, and this year he’s turning his microscope towards the ladies in the villa.
After four years of single life, Dami says he's ready to settle down and search for The One.

He’s looking for someone to make both him and his mum happy.
He said: “My mum keeps pestering me about having a wife and saying how at my age she was already pregnant with me.”
Making people laugh is his love language apparently so there’s no doubt this fun fella is going to be popular this summer.
He said: “I just get goofy man, I just say whatever comes into my head and usually it works, people laugh.”
Dami is also a firm believer in star signs and as an Aries, he's always putting other people before himself.
He said: “When I’m actually in a relationship, I think it’s a star sign thing, I’m an Aries.
"I’m really good at being in a team and actually looking after each other."
Love Island starts Monday June 6 at 9:00pm on ITV2.
