Love Island finalists revealed as contestants finally meet each other's parents

The four couples who could be crowned this year’s Love Island winners were revealed tonight - as the contestants all met each other’s parents for the first time.

Former England footballer Michael Owen has evidently given Luca Bish the seal of approval to date daughter Gemma, as wife Louise told the couple: “He is really proud of you, really proud.

“They’re all loving watching you, they’re missing you like mad.”

Louise revealed she voted to put Gemma with Luca, when the contestants were paired up by the public in the first episode.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page - the only couple the public paired to remain together - appeared to have impressed each other’s parents, though Tasha’s dad made a quip about his infamous lick of Coco Lodge’s chest.

There were stern words between Indiya Polack’s mum and Dami Hope over his behaviour during the Casa Amor, while fan favourites Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti were told they have been popular with viewers in Italy, where Davide is from.

Bookies have flipped between Ekin-Su and Davide winning, or Gemma and Luca - but both Gemma and Ekin-Su are tipped to be the big winners with heaps of career offers lined up for them when they leave the villa tonight.

The winning couple will be revealed on ITV2 from 9pm on Monday evening - when they will be given the option to split the £50k prize fund or steal it all for themselves.

No winners have ever opted to steal the prize fund.

Paige Thorne and Adam Collard were sent home last night following a public vote.
