Love Island viewers have praised Shaq Muhammed for 'defending' the girls as tensions rose in the villa. Tonight's episode of the popular dating show saw chaos unfold after the islanders heard about Tom Clare's kiss with bombshell Ellie Spence.
Security officer Shaq is coupled up with Tanya Manhenga and the lovebirds recently headed to the villa's hideaway, where things got a little heated. We also learned that it was Tanya's 23rd birthday on Tuesday night's episode.
Following a chat between the boys in the villa, viewers flooded social media saying the same thing about Shaq as he confronted Tom about the kiss, and the way he handled the situation. Many tweeted that he should be 'protected at all costs.'.
