Love Island viewers claimed they were left 'feeling sick' after Ekin-Su put the moves on Italian stallion Davide during Sunday night's steamy instalment of the ITV2 show.
After the pair decided to couple-up with one another amid their undeniable chemistry, actress Ekin-Su decided that enough time had passed for her to lay it on thick with her new man.
The bombshell wasn't shy about telling Davide's how attracted to him she was during Sunday night's episode, and her honest admission led to the pair sharing a steamy kiss - or three.
However viewers couldn't help but cringe as the pair seemingly became hot under the collar after playing a game of tonsil tennis as Ekin-Su 'swallowed Davide's face' during the intense make-out session.
Taking to Twitter, fans shared their hilarious reactions as they begged Ekin-Su to 'play it cool'.
"I nearly vomited in my mouth, omg Ekin-Su needs to chill and play it cool," one viewer complained.
"Ekin-Su literally swallowed Davide's face. These two are so shallow," another echoed.
"Disgusting!!!! There's no worse sound than that lip smacking," someone else moaned.
Meanwhile, a fourth mocked: "God Ekin-Su almost drowned him. He needed to come up for air there."

Confident Ekin-Su initiated it steamy kiss by saying: “I just want to give you a thank you.”
The chemistry continued to build with Ekin-Su later saying in the Beach Hut: “I feel so happy, I just gave him another kiss, and another kiss led to a peck, and another one, and I was like oh my god, we need to stop.”
Fellow islanders Paige and Tasha were giggling in the kitchen as the pair went in for several kisses at home.
