Love Island fans were left 'disgusted' on Saturday night after contestant Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu admitted her dirty biscuit habit to pal Gemma Owen.
Viewers of weekly spin-off show Unseen Bits saw Turkish actress Ekin-Su telling Gemma, 19, that she tends to eat half of a biscuit before putting it back in the packet.
As the pair dined on various savoury snacks from their 'secret stash', the 27-year old took one bite from a cookie before returning its remains to the tin.
Gemma appeared stunned as Ekin-Su revealed: "I have a habit, I bite the cookie and put it back.
"I bite it and put it back but I own up to it," she added, before telling Gemma: "Babe, a normal head would never do that and I'm not normal, am I? I'm a girl who eats a whole bar of chocolate all in one."
Her actions soon caused a stir on social media as one Twitter user complained: "Ekin-Su eating half the biscuit and putting it back in the biscuit tin. That ain't even acceptable in your own home!
Another disgruntled viewer added: "Ekin-Su contaminating all the cookies is disgusting."
A third declared: "Ekin-Su is actually nasty as hell for biting into the cookie and putting it back into the container."
Whilst a fourth said: "Oh no Ekin biting a cookie and putting it back is absolute filth!"
Despite her antics, the bombshell remains the favourite to win the show alongside current partner Davide Sanclimenti.
And later in this week's instalment she went some way in to winning back her critics in a moment of comedy gold.
The TV star has become something of a TikTok sensation with her acting skills and impressions, and she lived up to that reputation once more.
In another scene with Gemma, Ekin-Su massaged her feet using sun cream while impersonating Luca Bish.
She said: "Imagine I'm Luca right now. 'Gem you alright babe, do you want me to massage them? Shall I massage them babe?'", to which Gemma insisted: "He hasn’t called me babe once."
Adopting Luca's tone she added: "Oi Ekin shut up. Go do a workout with Davide."
Continuing the fun, Ekin-Su then spoke of how "obsessed" he was with Gemma, before proceeding to pretend to suck her toe.
