Love Island's Zara tells 'childish' Olivia 'get over yourself' in heated villa clash

Love Island 2023 is set for dramatic scenes on Monday night as Olivia Hawkins and Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown have a heated row.

It seems Olivia may suggest Zara is targeting her again, as Zara is forced to deny she's in the villa to cause trouble for her - amid claims of a secret friendship between them.

Soon Olivia is storming off in tears and calling Zara a "b***h", while Zara calls her "childish" and tells her to "get over herself".

While it hasn't been addressed at all on the ITV2 series, it recently became apparent to viewers that Olivia and bombshell Zara knew who each other were before the show.

From likes and friendly comments on their Instagram profiles, it was clear that they were not strangers despite it seeming so on the show.

In a recent episode, Olivia told Zara that she thought she was targeting her - leaving viewers convinced there is an ongoing feud between them away from the villa.

Now, a new clip for Monday's show has revealed this could be the case as the girls once again fall out leading to explosive scenes.

Zara is heard shouting at Olivia: "I'm here for myself. You think I flew 11 hours from England to p**s you off? Get over yourself Liv, get over yourself."

Olivia then hits back: "You are just trying to cause drama right now. I'm f***ing not having it," before storming off.

Something seems to have been said as Ron Hall appears to side with Olivia, as he calls out to Zara.

Zara says back: "I can't be a***d, I can't be a***d. I really can't be a***d."

As Ron says: "You gotta understand," she replies: "No, I don't have to understand anything. I think she is being childish and I feel how I feel, and that's that."

Olivia is then seen storming through the villa, as she sobs and shouts: "She's such a b***h."

The row follows on from Olivia confronting Zara during Sunday's episode, as she accused her of "coming for her".

Olivia said to Zara: "I feel tension. I feel like you’ve come in here and come for me a bit."

She added to Zara that her comment at the re-coupling that Tom had made his feelings clear didn’t go unnoticed.

In response, Zara said: "He’s made it quite clear, he’s quite affectionate from the get go, you can be a classy lady but some people take that as you’re not interested, he’s taken that as you’re not interested."

Olivia then hit back: "I think that’s personal between me and him and I don’t really think that’s your business."

She also called Zara "fake", as Zara insisted it was "nothing personal".

The moment left fans convinced that if the pair do really know each other outside of the villa, they may be caught up in some sort of feud.

It comes following the first dumping of the series so far on Friday night, as a result of the first recoupling.

David Salako was sent home after he was not picked by any of the girls in the villa, amid explosive scenes.

The 24-year-old money adviser who hails from Essex became the first Islander to be booted off the show, despite only being in for a couple of days.

He was visibly gutted by the twist and seemed shocked, given he thought he had something good going on with Tanya.

Tanya had told him she was open to getting to know him, while she was still keen on Shaq - who she’d been paired up with since day one.

When it came to Tanya picking who to pair up with, she went with Shaq leaving David visibly surprised and upset.

David wasn’t the only one left emotional by the recouping though, as Lana was left in tears thanks to Tanyel.

Tanyel chose Ron Hall after her partner Kai was taken by Anna-May.

While Tanyel had expressed an interest in Ron to some Islanders, it came a shock to him and Lana as they had just told the villa they’d shared their first kiss.

Lana fought back tears and made a jibe at Tanyel, as she picked Will - sending David home.

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
