The Love Island villa was shaken to its core by the latest elimination, with the public vote leaving six Islanders in danger of getting the boot as Monday's episode ended on a tense cliff-hanger.
Anyone who's watched even just one series of the hit ITV2 dating show knows that voting twists are thrown in left, right and centre every single year and, after Afia and Remi were sent packing last week, we had the first unexpected dumping of this year at the start of the new series' third week.
News of the latest Love Island elimination was broke, as so many things are in the villa, by text, with the contestants ordered to gather round the fire pit. Unbeknown to them, viewers voted for their favourite boy and girl as credits rolled on Sunday's episode, with it coming down to the Islanders to read out the results via text.

Each Islander who finished in the bottom three was revealed individually, with the girls who found the least favour with the public confirmed to be Ekin-Su, Tasha and Amber, while the boys with the least fan votes were announced as Ikenna, Andrew and Jay.
As all tense moments on Love Island play out, the show ended before the girl and boy who were given the boot were revealed, meaning viewers will have to wait until Tuesday to find out the outcome.
Given that just last week some fans earmarked Andrew and Tasha as potential winners this year, the result could see a favourite couple ripped apart, with Jacques and his love interest Paige, both safe from elimination, now also tipped to make it far. And, while she's been at the centre of loads of drama on the show over the past week, viewers were shocked to see Ekin-Su in the bottom three, given she was provided plenty of must watch moments.
