Love Island couples make declarations as emotions run high ahead of 2022 final

Emotions are running high in the villa as the couples make their declarations to one another ahead of tonight's final episode.

During Monday nights episode, the remaining islanders will arrive in their finest outfits for the Summer Ball as they share their feelings for one another. With the Villa garden beautifully transformed, one by one, each contestant will read their personal declarations which will see romance, tears of joy and emotion.

But at the end of the night, only one couple will be crowned the 2022 winners. In the Love Island first look, the contestants will wow in their gorgeous dresses and suits as emotions are high. Gemma Owen can be seen telling Luca Bish that straight away she knew he "had something special" as Luca replies it's "the little things that made me fall in love".

Tasha tells Adam she is "so mad" about him, as a beaming Adam says he cannot wait for the future together. Dami and Indiyah are seen shedding a tear as they too declare their "perfect" love. As Ekin-Su tells Davide he is her "soul-mate", an emotional Davide responds with a passionate kiss.

The declarations even have fans emotional as one person wrote: "Not Dami crying for his best friend. That’s so sweet" as another added: "Dami crying for Andrew then himself. That’s so adorable, despite everything I see their friendship flourishing out of all the boys. The girls look stunning too."

But with only one crowned winner, fans have been quick to have their say on who they want to win the 2022 title. One fan wrote: "If Luca and Gemma don’t win then it will disappoint the entire UK. They are clear winners and if they don’t win it’s rigged!"

Another added: "Dami and Indiyah are very cute. They’ve earned my vote", as a third commented: "Can’t wait for Davide & Ekin-Su to win"

Ahead of the Summer Time Ball, the contestants will enjoy a professional salsa lesson, but who has the moves and who has two left feet?
