Former Love Island star Aaron Simpson reveals the boys had to shower outside as he spilled insider secrets about the villa.
Aaron, who was in last year's season of the dating show, said how there were just two showers and that would often mean the boys pulled the short straw.
Speaking to Johnny Seifert on Secure the Insecure podcast, he said: "There was only two showers in my villa so the girls had the indoor one and we had to shower outside.
He continued: "You know when you see the sexy kind of scenes when the guys are in the outdoor shower and they're tensing up and looking like they're in the Mysterious Girl video?
"That's because there was only two showers and the girls kind of delegated the upstairs bathroom and the boys were delegated to the downstairs bathroom," the hunk explained.
This year saw a brand new villa, but it seems that the boys have still been scrubbing outside, while the girls lather up indoors.
He appeared to not have been impressed by the differences in the living standards within the villa.
"We know the girls have the biggest dressing room in the world. So they had like a bathroom with the sink with the mirrors, and the big indoor shower and the toilet and we literally had a tiny toilet downstairs and then an outdoor shower."
Aaron, who entered the villa on Day 42 and was dumped on Day 52, said that there are also plenty of challenges that get filmed but aren't shown.
"Did you know that there's a lot of challenges that are done that do not get aired?
"So I was in when I was in there, I did two challenges. So we done the sex god one, which I gave an amazing performance for... "
After telling listeners that they can catch the unseen clips on YouTube, he added: "And then we done another one with with sweets, and we had to like put sweets in our mouth, put them in the bowl, which was actually really fun and, and stuff like that.
"But it doesn't get shown. And I think this year a lot of people were saying where are the challenges?
"But my conspiracy theory is the challenges get done. But because there's so much happening in the villa and the and the producers need to stick to the storyline, they just can't they can't get it because there's not enough time - there is a lot of challenges that are done, which are not filmed."
Aaron entered the show after failing to earn a new deal at Sutton United after their promotion to League Two.
