Love Island bombshell Leah looks unrecognisable in unearthed snaps

Love Island bombshell Leah Taylor looks unrecognisable in unearthed snaps taken before she entered the Spanish villa.

The 27-year-old arrived to surprise the Islanders during Monday night’s episode of the ITV2 dating show, alongside fellow bombshell Charlotte Summer.

The girls scored dates with Zach, Tyrique and Mitchel, turning the villa upside down as the remaining Islanders turned green with envy.

In snaps unearthed on social media, it appears Leah underwent an incredible transformation before she entered the Love Island villa, and rocked a much darker hair tone instead of the summery, balayage tone she had on the show.

Her make-up has a gothic edge, and she’s ditched the bright colours for more muted tones in the snaps from 2021.

It also emerged that Leah, who hails from Manchester, has two connections to the villa, as she dated Danny Williams, who appeared on the dating show as a bombshell in 2019.

The pair began dating in 2020, before splitting up two years later.

Social media company owner Leah is also BFFs with Love Island icon Maura Higgins, who was also in the villa back in 2019.

Before making her Love Island debut, Leah said she was ready to swap office life for romance in the villa.

“I’ve realised through past experiences exactly what I want in life when it comes to love,” she explained. “I’m ready to find it now and I’m not going to wait around. I've figured out what it is that I look for in a person, which means my bar is set really high.”

Leah hopes to bring “lots of fun, positive vibes, good advice” to the other Islanders, and shared what she’s looking for in her ideal partner.

“I’m single because I haven’t yet found a person who wants the same things as me. I’ve had some great experiences with love but nothing worth settling for,” Leah said.

She said she's’ got a lot of love “ready for the right guy”, and said being in a relationship is “the best thing you can ever experience”.

“I would say I honestly have so much love to give… I’m ready for everything that comes with it and the hardships you have to go through in order to make that commitment and find the one,” Leah added.
