Louise Thompson has tearfully revealed she can "hardly climb a set of stairs without feeling exhausted" as she opened up about her ongoing health battle.
Made in Chelsea star Louise, 32, has been suffering with 'catastrophic PTSD' and ongoing health issues after nearly dying twice while giving birth to her son Leo in November 2021.
In her latest update, Louise shared a series of tearful photos of herself on her Instagram stories and admitted: "My poor body and brain are all over the place."
As the mum-of-one shared an image of herself with her arm covering her face, Louise explained about her ongoing issues with her health, which have been having an affect on her mental wellbeing, too.
She told fans how she had had "a good day yesterday followed by a and day today".
Louise went on: "When I spoke to my psychiatrist she told me to make sure that any physical health doctors I see take my concerns seriously.
"I don't want to just be labelled as 'mentally unwell' – I feel that I'm often overlooked now. Anyway, I just got some recent blood test results back that I had to pay for privately and my iron and haemoglobin are really low which is incredibly triggering.
"To be honest quite a few of them are either too high or too low which I find incredibly triggering too. Pre my traumatic experience and spending all that time in hospital I was super healthy working out 4 times a week and living a good life.
"Now I can hardly climb a set of stairs without feeling exhausted. I get the worst agonising pain too. I just want someone to fix me."
In a later image posed by the reality star, she is looking at the camera with tear-filled eyes while holding her hand against her head.
She then elaborated further on her ongoing struggles as she wrote on top of the picture: "My poor body and brain are all over the place."
"I think I need to reduce my medication because sometimes I feel very overwhelmed and sad and then seconds after I'm totally numb again," Louise explained. "It's b**dy miserable. I still her momentum brain agitation too for about 30 mins in a day."
Brain agitation is a type of delirium. According to the NHS, sudden confusion (delirium) can have many different causes.
She added: "I'm now on mirtazapine while trying to come off escitalopram. Anyone have any experience?"
In a later Instagram story post, she reached out to fans who may have had any similar experiences.
Louise penned in white writing on top of a black background: "Has anyone with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's experiences worsening symptoms with mental health medication. What worked for you?
"I never had to medicate at all before all of this hell," she wrote.
