Louise had a traumatic birth and was in hospital five weeks (Instagram)

Louise recently said she feels “lucky to be alive” following a traumatic birth with Leo which meant she had to stay in hospital for five weeks.

In a heartfelt post wishing Ryan a 32nd happy birthday, she wrote: “Today I’m feeling incredibly lucky to be alive and standing by your side.”

Gushing about her beau, she continued: “I want to share a quick note because everyone needs to know how great you are.

“Firstly, the world would be a much better place with more you’s in it. In fact I DON”T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU.

“I freak out at the thought, but I won’t make this about me and the mental journey we’re on.

"Instead today is about spoiling you and making sure you have the best bloody birthday as a first time dad as poss.”

She ended the post with: “I love you to the moon and back L x.”
