Louise Thompson has opened up about feeling "guilty" sending son Leo to nursery, as she shared an update with fans on social media about her ongoing health struggles.
The reality TV star, 32, has spoken about suffering from both mental and physical issues recently, with her saying she's on an "awful lot" of medication a stint in hospital last week.
She opened up about her experiences in a post this week, even recalling a period when she had hoped a plane would crash into her house as it'd be "the easiest way to go."
The Made in Chelsea alum has been sharing updates with fans on Instagram and has now said that she is currently in the process of reducing the dose of some medication.
Louise said she feels "all over the place" on a lower dose this morning, expressing gratitude that 8 month old son Leo - who she shares with partner Ryan Libbey, 31 - was at nursery.
She went on to admit that she hadn't previously revealed that he attended a nursery because she'd felt "guilty" about it - and had even "freaked out" when Ryan had told fans.
She wrote: "[I hadn't] shared with you guys that Leo goes to nursery 2 days a week because I felt so guilty about sending him." She later said: "I need to eliminate the mum guilt."
Louise further commented: "I think Ryan nonchalantly mentioned it in a [post] a while back and I freaked out a bit."
She said: "When I think back to a few months ago I find it nothing short of miraculous that I managed to achieve the simple task of finding and enrolling him into a lovely little school."
Louise had first mentioned Leo going to nursery in a post earlier in the morning about lowering a dose of medication - which she said had made her feel "dizzy and confused."
She said: "I'm trying to lower my mirtazapine dose. I really just want to stabilise my body and brain naturally. I'm 4 days into a lower dose and this morning I feel all over the place.
"I feel really dizzy and confused and quite outer body. Like I dont know where to place myself. I can't sit down or think straight. I feel like my nervous system is malfunctioning."
She also stated in the latest series of posts that she feels "quite pants" about missing the wedding of pal Binky Felstead, 32, because of appointments over her health.
Louise said she wouldn't be able to make it to her "beautiful bestie's wedding in Greece" this week due to an infusion and other "non-negotiable" medical appointments.
