Louise Thompson asked her followers for advice as she struggled with health problems prior to being hospitalised.
The Made In Chelsea star, 32, nearly died twice after giving birth and fears her mental health symptoms could be masking more sinister health concerns.
Sharing a selfie to Instagram with sad face emoji, she penned: "I just want someone to fix me."
But she has also leaned on her followers for finding the answers she needs and has asked anyone if they have experienced similar health problems.
Sharing to Instagram she posted: "Has anyone with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's experienced worsening symptoms with mental health medication. What worked for you?"
She added: "I never had to medicate at all before all of this hell."
And desperate for answers she decided to have a blood test at a private hospital after feeling let down by the NHS.
Updating followers she posted:"Anyway, I just got some recent blood test results back that I had to pay for privately and my iron and hemoglobin levels are low which is incredibly triggering.
"To be honest quite a few of them are either too high or too low which I find incredibly triggering too."
The brave mum told how she was fit and health before giving birth but now say she struggles to climb up the stairs.
Louise was kept in hospital for a month after she 'died and came back to life' following serious complications during her little one Leo-Hunter Libbey, last year.
As a result of the traumatic experience, Louise has been fighting depression, anxiety and PTSD.
And the impact of Louise's health has also been felt most by those around her as her partner Ryan Libbey opened up about his struggle wearing a face mask in what looked to be a hospital waiting room.
He wrote alongside the snap: "Just as I thought I was approaching a time period where I could focus some energy into my own therapy and healing, Louise unfortunately still struggles with various things every single day and some of those symptoms are worsening."
