Louise Redknapp put a smile on her fan's faces as she shared an "Instagram vs reality" post on her social media.
The 47-year-old likes to try and keep in shape and she shared that she does so by doing a home work out. However, when living with a puppy dog not everything always goes to plan.
The singer-songwriter's four-legged friend, bulldog Banksy Blu, was up to no good and the playful pup kept interrupting Louise's exercise routine. Taking to Instagram, she shared a video which showed the dog gnawing on her equipment including pulling on a resistance band as she tried to use it and chewing on her weights.

Louise captioned the post: "Thought I would jump out of bed and get an early workout done this morning… but as you can see it was a bit if a challenge. Insta vs reality."
Fans thought the very real clip was hilarious and took to the comments. Elaine said: "That’s really made me smile!"
Charmaine said: "Looking fab Ms Louise however someone wants to play not workout." Meanwhile, Simon said: "So funny working out with pets around."
