It's said that Louise has been warned about releasing her new tell-all book.
But it looked like she didn't have a care in the world as she headed out during her Spanish getaway.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 45, stunned as she stepped out make up free and with her hair scraped back in a messy bun.
The mum-of-two was wearing denim shorts and a baggy white T-shirt with ripped tassles hanging down to her thighs.
Louise, who shares kids Charles, 16, and Beau, 11, with ex-husband Jamie, was pictured at a supermarket, pushing a trolley full of goodies to her car.
Louise was given a helping hand as she picked up bags of groceries and loaded them into the boot.
The singer was wearing a face mask after popping one on to protect herself and other shoppers.
It comes after reports that Louise has been warned off sharing intimate details about her marriage in her new book.
An insider close to the former couple told Heat magazine: "Louise is being warned against the book by just about everyone.
"They all think it is going to cause issues with Jamie, who she co-parents with. He is not happy about this and has told her so. But she is now hell-bent on setting the record straight and telling her side of the story."
They added that Louise thought she and Jamie could have patched things up during lockdown, but that he "ruined" their chances of a reunion.
They added: "It's made her wonder about all those years of marriage and everything she had to put up with. She feels like she needs to get some things off her chest."
Jamie is said to have unfollowed Louise on social media after her book news was revealed.
Louise recently announced her new project, writing on Instagram : "So, I've been busy working on my new book! You Got This is out in March 2021...
"I wanted to write a book that was empowering and uplifting - a little bit of a love letter to anyone who has ever wondered if they're getting it right in life... you got this."
Her fans can't wait to read it.
