Louis Tomlinson ’s adorable son Freddie celebrated turning four at home in the US with mum Briana Jungwirth .
The mum-of-one , 27, took to social media on Wednesday to mark the special occasion with a rare snap of the adorable tot.
With the simple caption: "Birthday boy", the stylist shared a sweet photo of the little lad as he sat at a table and smiled for the annual birthday before blowing out the candle on a sprinkle-covered cupcake.
One Direction fans rushed to the comment section to wish the little boy a happy birthday while others were keen to point out his lookalike features to his famous dad Louis, 28.
Fans couldn't help but point out how similar Freddie was to Louis with his cheeky smile and floppy hairstyle.
One fan appeared shocked by the striking resemblance as they wrote: "A LITERAL LOUIS CLONE."
While another agreed, writing: "Literally a little Louis."
A third also noticed Freddie's similarity to his dad as they shared their response, adding: "This kid is Louis."
Some fans said the adorable four-year-old "looks just like his dad", while others labelled Freddie as his dad's 'mini-me'.
One fan joked he was a 'mini Louis' while another agreed, writing: "Mini Tommo!"
Louis's son Freddie was the first One Direction baby after he made his unexpected arrival in January 2016. The second One Direction baby was Liam Payne and Cheryl's tot Bear.
Little Freddie lives in the US with his mum, but has regular contact with former One Direction star and X Factor judge Louis.
Louis and Briana enjoyed a brief fling in 2015 when the American fell pregnant. However, they were not in a relationship when Briana gave birth to their son Freddie.
Speaking previously about his relationship with his son, Louis previously said: "When I look back to baby photos of myself and he does look very similar it's real nice.
"And he's at a good age at the moment so it's really fun! Any time he can do something new -- for example, [when] he just started taking his first few steps, which is like nothing else."
He finished by adding: "It’s constantly changing, but the whole thing is super cool."
Louis often keeps his private life away from social media but he documented his first ever Father's Day back in 2016.
It was an emotional day for Louis and his newborn son, and he took to Instagram to share the rare snap.
He wrote: "Happy Father's Day to every lucky lad out there who's someone's daddy! Thoroughly enjoyed my first :) Love you Freddie son?"
