Louis Tomlinson cancels Edinburgh shopping centre album signing after hospital dash

Louis Tomlinson has been forced to cancel his Edinburgh album signing in Ocean Terminal after he was rushed to hospital shortly after performing at a concert.

The British singer broke his arm in New York City and had to cancel album signings as a result.

The singer was due to attend signings at HMV stores across the UK - including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh - to meet fans and celebrate the release of his latest album Faith in the Future. But the 30-year-old has been forced to reschedule

It's after he fell and broke his arm "pretty badly" shortly after his performance in New York, reports the Mirror. Louis shared the news with fans as he posted a statement to his Instagram page - apologising to fans.

Louis Tomlinson said he was 'gutted' as he was forced to cancel in-store album signings after being rushed to hospital. It read: "The show last night in New York was incredible. Unfortunately on the way. back I've managed to fall and break my right arm pretty badly.

"So I'm gutted to say I'll have to reschedule the in-store signings next week. New dates will be announced very soon. Thank you for all your support and sorry to anyone who was coming next week."

Fans were quick to send well-wishes in the comments wishing a "swift recovery" and telling him to "take care".
