Yesterday, two EuroMillions players -one in Dublin and the other in Cork - found themselves to be half a million euro richer. The store that sold the winning quick pick ticket worth €500,000 has been revealed to be Dunnes Stores in Kilnamanagh Shopping Centre, Tallaght.
The other ticket, which was worth a whopping €500,000, was sold in Cork in SuperValu on Main Street in Charleville. A National Lottery spokesperson said: "What an exciting night for Irish EuroMillions players with not one but TWO players scooping the EuroMillions Plus top prize worth an incredible €500,000.
"Today we’re asking all of our EuroMillions players, especially in Cork and Dublin, to check their tickets to see if they are the latest winners of a life-changing lottery prize. The ticket holders are advised to sign the back of their winning ticket and to keep it safe."
