Lorraine viewers demanded a dog be let go after watching it struggle during an interview.
Radio presenter Scott Mills joined the show to discuss his new podcast, Pupdates, where he dives into what it's like to be a new dog owner. He invited his own pup, Teddy, onto the show as his special guest but it was soon apparent the dog had no interest in being on camera.
During the interview, Teddy repeatedly kept tried to leap down but Scott managed to keep a firm reign on him. Lorraine briefly acknowledged the desperate attempts to flee before moving on with their conversation.

Viewers watching weren't happy Teddy was forced to remain on camera as they demanded he be let free. One viewer said: "Free that dog!!! She wants to go." Another added: "Ffs let that poor dog get down…"
A third jokingly said: "Teddy’s spotted the cameraman’s bacon butty." Teddy was eventually left to his own devices, promptly running off camera as soon as he hit the floor.
Drawing a close to their interview, the camera zoomed out of the Lorraine set to show the dog cosying up to a cameraman. As he was petted, Lorraine confirmed "they can do what they want" as she admitted there was no use in trying to control a dog.
