Lorraine Kelly has managed to drop several dress sizes by taking on simple activity plans and switching up her binge eating habits.
The television presenter has lost 1.5st and dropped down from a size 14 to 10 in a health kick she says is making her "feel happier and healthier." Lorraine joined WW, formerly known as WeightWatchers, in a bid to drop the pounds as she found herself continuously dipping into plates of biscuits and treats.
Thinking enough was enough, the 62-year-old took action and is now sporting a new leaner figure and a happier smile. Speaking to Express, Lorraine said: "I comfort ate and would just find myself hovering around the biscuit tin and the fridge for all sorts of goodies. Me and Steve would have a massive, big chocolate plate every night.

Lorraine previously opened up about weight struggles throughout the pandemic as food became somewhat of a crutch to lean on the Mirror reported. She said: "During the pandemic, I started comfort eating and that was my downfall – comfort eating and not being able to go to my fitness classes.
"When those classes stopped I started eating far too much – it was things that I would probably never bother with. Like I wanted muffins, I wanted croissants, I wanted doughnuts. All of these things that you know you shouldn’t be having and you think it’s making you feel better at the time and it doesn’t. And so slowly, slowly, slowly over the past couple of years, I’ve gone from a size 10 to a size 14…"
