Lorraine Kelly has shared some incredible transformation pictures after shedding 1.5 stone and two dress sizes.
The Scots TV presenter has been following WW (formerly Weight Watchers) after she felt unhappy with the way she looked following weight gain during lockdown.
Today, Lorraine has shared her progress pictures on Instagram and fans can't believe the difference.
The ITV host said: "Wow I cant believe both pictures are me!! I’ve dropped two dress sizes - I’ve lost a stone and a half - and the best part of all, I'm finding it easy to keep it off - all thanks to @ww.uk."
She added: "The WW program has helped me create and stick to healthy habits. The app helps me track what I’m eating, how much sleep I’m getting and what exercise I’m doing, as well as making sure I drink enough water and giving me lots of delicious recipes to cook (or atleast try haha!). Lorraine shared a snap of her before as she tucked into pizza and wine, and her after picture is of her smiling as she poses in a slinky pink dress.
And fans could not believe the difference. One wrote: "You look amazing well done." Another added: "Congratulations Lorraine! Well done that’s an amazing achievement."
Pal Susanna Reid wrote: "You’re gorgeous any which way x."
The 62-year-old teamed up with WW at the start of the year and was on a mission to live a healthier life. She said: "For me, joining WW is going to be about getting back into my clothes and feeling healthier and having more stamina."
She added: “It’s because I’m not feeling as healthy as I should be and also I’ve gone from a size 10 pre-pandemic to a size 14. I can’t get into any clothes that I like."
