Lorraine Kelly has reached out to Scottish comedian Janey Godley after she posted an update on her cancer treatment.
The stand-up comic has been sharing her journey on social media after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in November last year.
Janey underwent a hysterectomy to remove a tumour but has since been told she has stage three cancer.

The Glaswegian comedian is now receiving chemotherapy treatment.
She told her followers that she would be taking matters into her own hands and decided to cut her hair short before it had a chance to fall out into her hands.
The mum of one shared a touching video where her daughter Ashley Storrie helped cut her long light brown hair to a bob before she went to a hairdressers on Great Western Road, Glasgow.
Janey took to Twitter to show off her new pixie cut, a complete new look in comparison to her long curly hair and blunt fringe.
Lorraine rushed to support Janey, writing: "You really suit short hair!!"
A regular guest on Lorraine's ITV show, Dr Amir Khan replied to Janey: "Suits you Janey xx".
Loose Women's Denise Welch wrote: "I love it!!!"
Actress Emma Kennedy said: "You look great!"
