Lorraine Kelly said she now fits in her wedding dress again, some 30 years after the event, after undergoing a weight transformation.
The TV personality joined WW, previously Weight Watchers, earlier this year and has now lost two stone and dropped two dress sizes. Lorraine, 62, told OK! Magazine she had been declining red-carpet invites because her self-confidence was so low.
The presenter said she was eating more during lockdown, and drinking more wine. But Lorraine said she is now more focused on eating well and living well, and says her zest for life has returned.

Lorraine, who is mum to 28-year-old journalist daughter Rosie Smith, said her lifestyle change means she's ready for anything - and can fit back into her wedding dress from 30 years ago.
She said: "It’s just so lovely to be wearing clothes I really want to and not just wearing baggy shirt dresses and trying to cover up. It’s made life a lot easier.
"I know I wasn’t alone in putting on weight over the pandemic. I think a lot of us were comfort eating."
She said her confidence has improved "massively" and she feels like she can "take on anything right now". Lorraine and her husband Steve Smith will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in September.
Lorraine said: "Well, I could get into my wedding dress now… Maybe I should do this for our anniversary. Oh God, no! I think we’ll have a party but we wouldn’t have another ceremony. We’d giggle too much."
