Lorraine Kelly has encouraged Katie Price to refrain from having any more work cosmetic surgery done.
The former glamour model, 43, has become famous for changing up her appearance on the regular - having gone under the knife several times over the last year in a bid to 'make herself feel better'.
ITV host Lorraine suggested that Katie is beautiful just the way she is on Thursday's instalment of the morning show, but Katie didn't take her advice lightly.
The mum-of-five clapped back after Lorraine's comment, claiming that the host 'sounded like her mum' by telling her to stop having cosmetic work done.
Katie joined Lorraine on her ITV show to promote the premiere of her follow-up BBC documentary Katie Price : What Harvey Did Next - which follows her eldest son flying the nest and moving to college.
However, the conversation soon turned to Katie's looks as Lorraine couldn't help but comment on the TV star's ever-changing appearance.
"I’m looking at you now, and I want to say to you - don’t have any more work," Lorraine insisted.
"You’re fine," she added.
Katie didn't take the comment too well as she clapped back at Lorraine, likening the host to her mum.
"You sound like my mother," she hit back.
Over the past twelve months, Katie has undergone an array of cosmetic procedures including breast enhancements, liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.
She has also previously opened up about being addicted to cosmetic surgery.
Following the awkward exchange between Katie and Lorraine, ITV viewers flocked to Twitter to share their reaction as some hit out at Lorraine for commenting on the former glamour model's appearance.
"Katie is on the show to promote a documentary about her son. She's not there to listen to Lorraine slam her looks. That was uncalled for if you ask me," one viewer tweeted.
"It's really none of Lorraine's business though what she does. That was so awkward," another echoed.
"Unfair of Lorraine to go in on Katie like that and make such a mean comment. She obviously has issues and she's not there to talk about them," someone else suggested.
Meanwhile, others applauded Lorraine for addressing 'the elephant in the room'.
"Lorraine just said what we're all thinking. Why is everyone so pressed about it," one viewer hit back.
While another echoed: "She DOES need to stop!!! She seriously needs to stop for her own good."
Lorraine continues tomorrow at 9AM on ITV.
