Lorraine Kelly has compared the enquiry into Boris Johnson attending parties in Downing Street to one into herself taking porridge in the morning.
Lorraine, who is often straight to the point on her show, was talking about the Prime Minister being asked if he was at the party in 10 Downing Street - and his response saying that he'd have to wait for the official report before he could answer.
She said: "It's like me saying 'Did you have porridge this morning? and me saying 'I'll have to wait for the breakfast enquiry to answer.' You cant get your head round it can you?"
She added: "its like theatre. It's extraordinary."
Her latest comment comes after she slammed Boris on podcast The Vanity Project.
Lorraine said: "What I’ve seen over the years is the erosion of trust in government, and it’s not a surprise is it? It really isn’t a surprise is it, and we absolutely do deserve better.
"When I started out, when I was a presenter of TVAM, you would have, say, the Minister for Health and you’d have the Shadow Minister for Health and they would have a healthy debate. You don’t get that now, they don’t come. Whoever’s in power will not do that."
On a lighter note, Lorraine also spoke about her experience with cold water swimming this morning saying that she loved it but next time wouldn't wear a wetsuit.
She explained: "I did it up in Scotland in Skye and Orkney but they made me wear a wetsuit and I felt overdressed. All the other women were wearing cossies. They are wimpsuits.
"There is that camaraderie. I love it and you come out all tingly but feel better."
