Lorraine Kelly was see giggling on Thursday's edition of her show as she discussed the latest in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard court case.
The 62-year-old TV presenter invited Ross King onto the latest episode of the ITV programme to give a showbiz update, and of course the conversation turned to Depp and Ms Heard.
The former couple are currently locked in a rather messy court battle as the The Pirates of the Caribbean star is suing is ex-wife for $50million for defamation, after she wrote an article for the Washington Post about being a victim of domestic violence.
However, the article did not refer to him directly and Ms Heard is countersuing Depp for $100million for defamation, with the case now into its third week of an expected seven weeks.
During her video chat with Ross King, Lorraine said: "Okay, as if it can't get bizarre enough, can we talk alpacas?" before giggling.
Trying to compose her laughter and putting her hand over her mouth, Lorraine then said: "I know it's just... I know this is very serious but really?"
Ross replied: "Yes but it's a circus and we're watching it every day on television and yes, two people are involved and Johnny Depp's got kids as well so there is the very serious side of it obviously.
"But sometimes you do need a bit of light relief and Johnny Depp's fans have outside the court every single day, some from very early in the morning, but not just Johnny Depp's fans, one fan brought along two alpacas, yes two alpacas..."
"Okay, why?" Lorraine asked sarcastically, before adding: "To be fair they are very cute, but it's bizarre."
Ross then spoke about Johnny putting one of his homes up for sale in Australia and confirmed it was the house where one of Johnny's fingers was allegedly severed.
"Now does that add to the value, or decrease the value? I dunno," Ross said as Lorraine replied: "I don't know, I don't understand!"
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV and ITV Hub.
