Lorraine host Christine Lampard admitted on the show this morning that she almost broke character during her cameo on a side-splitting Ant and Dec secret sketch.
On the daytime television show, Christine was forced to look back at her appearance on the popular ITV show in 2014, when she had to trick various visitors at her house to perform stupid tasks.
The tasks included running a dog agility course and jumping into a ball pit, all controlled by the comedic duo in her earpiece, and filmed using secret cameras.
When entertainment editor Ria Hedben quizzed her on the experience, the embarrassed Christine said: "It was the funniest day of my life, but painful.
"I couldn’t wait 'til it was over so I could explain to them it wasn’t me."
Despite the embarrassment from the sketch caused by the pair, Christine praised Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly for their infectious nature, and confessed she nearly blew her cover.

She added: "They’re so brilliant and they are so funny in your ear that you have to contain your laughter so much, it’s actually really difficult to do.
"But it’s a great thing to be part of."
