Fans of ITV's Lorraine and This Morning are fuming that their favourite presenters have disappeared again.
Viewers tuning into Lorraine this morning expecting to see the bubbly Scot, 62, were shocked to find Christine Lampard, 43, sitting on the sofa.
The broadcaster was also missing from the show last week after she was unexpectedly replaced by host Ranvir Singh, 44.
It is half term this week, but that made no difference to one angry fan, who tweeted: "Just out of interest, does Lorraine Kelly plan on presenting her OWN show?
"She’s not in AGAIN. I’m sure we’d all love to have half terms and school holidays off, even though her own kids are grown up and in their 20s. Bring back capital punishment!"
Another viewer agreed, quipping: "But she needs half term off to look after her adult daughter?!?!"
The official Twitter account for Lorraine’s chat show promoted the presenter as hosting last week when it tweeted a preview of the show, saying, “@reallorraine will be catching up with @dancingonice‘s @Liberty__Poole."
But as Ranvir took her seat on the show there was no mention of why Lorraine was absent.
It’s not yet clear why Lorraine wasn't on her show on Friday, but she did share a snap from her interview with The Masked Singer’s traffic cone on her Instagram on Thursday.
She also wished her ITV colleague Holly Willoughby a Happy Birthday.
Speaking of Holly, This Morning has also had a presenter line-up change with Phil, 59, and the mum-of-three, 41, being replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary this week.
The pair only returned to the ITV show this week after Phil, 59, was isolating after testing positive for Covid-19, and Holly enjoyed a tropical getaway.
Fans again took to Twitter to express their disapproval.
One wrote: "I'm freaking out a bit. Why are Holly and Phil never on This Morning anymore? Are they trying to tell us they are quitting," one viewer complained.
"Ugh! Holly and Phillip might as well just not come back at this point," another fumed.
"I'm freaking out a bit. Why are Holly and Phil never on This Morning anymore? Are they trying to tell us they are quitting," one viewer complained.
While another raged: "Alison and Dermot are going to be permanent presenters at this stage."
Lorraine and This Morning are on ITV at 9am and 10am
