Loose Women star Kaye Adams caught the eyes of her followers as she stripped down to her swimsuit to mark her milestone birthday. The presenter took to Instagram to share a snap of herself in her Baywatch-inspired cossie to celebrate turning 60.
Kaye, who starred in this year's Strictly Come Dancing, looked stunning as she showed off her figure in the vibrant swimwear while jumping for joy while soaking up the sun on holiday in the throwback pic. "So this is what 60 looks like," she penned alongside the beaming post.
She went on to type: "That’s the easy bit. What does 60 feel like takes a bit more working out. As a life-long age-phobic who has spent the past nine months navel-gazing with Karen Mackenzie on our HTB60 podcast, the short answer is that it feels much the same as yesterday. I’ve got everything that makes me happy - Ian, the kids, sunshine and time to mess around.

"But speaking to so many fellow ‘60 clubbers’ on the podcast has really made me think about how I want to approach however many years I have ahead and, to boil it down to a single line, I want to spend less time focused on climbing and more time focused on growing. I am a typical Capricorn, a little mountain goat who just gets its head down and keeps trekking on up towards the summit."
Kaye added: "Now I want to look around a little bit and take in the sights, maybe even take a diversion or two or three. Still a work in progress but inspired by all the emails we’ve received on HTB60 from people doing just that and loving life. Everything is on the table apart from one red line. @karen.mackenzie.92 …I’ve learned a lot from you but I am never, ever going to start doing jigsaws."
The post was quickly being flooded with birthday wishes and compliments for the Scottish TV star. Loose Women co-star Charlene White wrote: "Happy birthday Kaye!!! Looking [fire] as always." Former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler said: "Yes Kaye! 60 years young and looking fabulous."
Dina Sawalha, the sister of Kaye's co-star and close pal Nadia, replied: "Omg!!!! Kaye!!! Happy 60th!!! Lookin flippin AMAZEBALLS!" @shons_mof commented: "Happy Birthday you look absolutely fabulous, love you on Loose Women, and love your podcast. Still don’t believe you are 60!" @lauren_x_samantha wrote: "Happy birthday @kayeadamsofficial, 60 looks amazing." @tinsel_tina added: "Happy 60th! You are amazing & look bloody fantastic!!"
During her birthday appearance on Loose Women on Wednesday (December 28), where she celebrated her special day with Coleen Nolan, Denise Welch, Linda Robson and Kelle Bryan, Kaye was surprised her live on air with hilarious gifts, a cake with a model of Kaye twerking on top and a sweet video filled with birthday messages from her fellow Loose Ladies.
She also shared how she spent years lying about her age and even admitted that her daughter believed that she was 10 years younger than she actually was. "I feel quite ashamed of it now actually," Kaye admitted. "It was one of those things that developed over the years. I was an older mum and at the school gates with younger mums. I had to confess to my daughter that mummy was 10 years older than she thought. She was so upset. She looked crestfallen."
