A Loose Women star couldn't believe her eyes after former X Factor star Ray Quinn showed off his new look.
Brenda Edwards was left gob smacked on Thursday's programme of the chat show when Ray made an appearance on the panel programme and looked different.
The singing sensation, 34, appeared with his hair swept back into a man bun along with a smart suit. He came on the show to promote his latest tour King of Swing.
All the panelists gushed over his new look but 53-year-old Brenda was the most vocal as she started stroking Ray's beard.
She said: "Can I say how soft your beard is Ray?"
Ray seemed to take the compliment in his stride as he replied: "You can, it’s moisturised, it’s conditioned."

However, Kaye Adams thought the comment went a bit far. She told Brenda: "No you can’t Brenda, it’s inappropriate."
Ray looks worlds away from the young 17-year-old fresh-faced teen who first rose to fame on The X Factor, now having his arms covered in tattoos.
He rounded off the ITV daytime programme with a rendition of Frank Sinatra classic, Fly Me To The Moon.
Fans loved the performance as one person said: "Ray Quinn is great such a gentleman loved seeing him win dancing on ice #LooseWomen."
While another added: "Great voice Ray! #loosewomen." and a third wrote: "Well that was a surprise from Ray Quinn I didn't realized he could sing so well, enjoyed that! #LooseWomen." [sic]
Ray rose to fame after competing in The X Factor in 2006, where he finished in second place behind Leona Lewis. He has gone on to have a successful career in acting and singing and released third album Undeniable in 2020.
As the Loose Women looked back at Ray's X Factor days, Coleen said: "You looked so young, you looked about 12."
Ray said: "I haven’t seen those clips for a very long time, I was 17 on the show and turned 18 during the lives."
Singer Ray had a taste of fame when he was just a child when he appeared on Brookside where he played Anthony Murray from 2000 to 2003.
Following his time on The X Factor, Ray went on to bag himself a role on Hollyoaks where he had a serious task, playing racist thug Jonny Baxter who was part of a far right extremist storyline.
He then left the soap in 2019 when his character groomed Ste into hating Muslims.
During the coronavirus pandemic Ray stepped away from the spotlight.
Due to the industry being under strain during lockdown, Ray decided quit his life of fame for a while to work as a labourer in March 2020.
But it looks as if he has left that behind once again as he is back doing what he loves on his new tour which kicks off in his home of Liverpool and goes all across the country.
