A Loose Women host was rubbing her eyes in astonishment, after former X-Factor star Ray Quinn showed off his new look live on TV.
Brenda Edwards was in disbelief during Thursday's instalment of the chat show, with Ray making an appearance looking completely different to his former self.
The 34-year-old singer appeared with slicked back hair into a man bun, sporting a smart suit - while promoting his latest tour: King of Swing.

The Mirror reports that each of the panellists gushed over the new look, but 53-year-old Brenda was the most amazed as she stroked Ray's beard. She said: "Can I say how soft your beard is, Ray?" The Knowsley-born performer took the complement in his stride, replying: "You can, it’s moisturised, it’s conditioned."
However, Kaye Adams thought the comment was a stretch too far, telling Brenda: "No you can’t Brenda, it’s inappropriate."
Ray looked worlds away from the young 17-year-old fresh-faced teen who first rose to fame on The X-Factor, now having his arms painted with tattoos. He rounded off the ITV programme with a rendition of Frank Sinatra's Fly Me to the Moon.
And fans loved the performance, with one person, commenting: "Ray Quinn is great such a gentleman loved seeing him win dancing on ice #LooseWomen." Another, added: "Great voice Ray! #loosewomen," and a third wrote: "Well that was a surprise from Ray Quinn I didn't realized he could sing so well, enjoyed that! #LooseWomen." [sic]
Ray stormed to fame after competing on the ITV's X-Factor series of 2006, finishing in second place behind Leona Lewis. He has since gone on to have a successful acting and singing career, releasing third album Undeniable in 2020.
As the Loose Women looked back at Ray's X Factor days, Coleen said: "You looked so young, you looked about 12."
Ray replied "I haven’t seen those clips for a very long time, I was 17 on the show and turned 18 during the lives."
