Stacey Solomon said she was sweating as she shared her ordeal after leaving Liverpool.
The mum-of-five arrived in the city yesterday to film episodes of the latest season of Sort Your Life Out. The 33-year-old said: "Happy Tuesday from Liverpool.
"Totally forgot I had filming today and that it was four hours away so I didn't even get to sleep in my fresh bed sheets last night! Travelled up at 10pm and now for a full on day of spray painting. I feel like I finally found a suitable outfit though so you win some you lose some".
Stacey regularly shares updates from her happy family life on Instagram with her 5.7m followers. She revealed she was in a pickle as she travelled back to Essex last night.

She revealed her second eldest child, Leighton, couldn't find the the folder for his leaver's script play that Stacey had promised. Stacey shared a snap of the completed folder as she desperately made in the car on the way back.
She said: "Sweating in the car all the way back from Liverpool trying to find a WHSmiths at the services so I can get and make the folder I promised Leight. It's OK for a shaky car journey."
