Ruth Langsford is one of British TV's most famous faces, after years of presenting This Morning alongside her husband Eamonn Holmes.
Also a well-known Loose Women panellist, the 61-year-old has undergone a lifestyle overhaul in recent years.
The presenter often shares her eating and exercise habits online with her many followers.

Like many of us, Ruth has admitted struggling with her weight in the past.
After hitting 50, the popular presenter admitted her had body changed, the Mirror reports.
After "comfortably" fitting into a size 12 for most of her adult life, the menopause came along.
It is known that reduced levels of oestrogen can lower to metabolic rate while the metabolism also tends to slow down after 50.
This completely changed her outlook as she found it so much harder to drop pounds when she wanted to.
While appearing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, Ruth said she lost weight without realising.
She said: "Everything suddenly started to fit and I had my waist again.
“But you can’t recreate that kind of exercise in real life. I don’t obsess about it, but I feel uncomfortable, like I’m squashed into my clothes.”
During lockdown, she took part in the Couch to 5k challenge and has also cut certain foods from her diet to be healthier.
More recent posts show her working out with a personal trainer, with her efforts inspiring many others to move their bodies.
Earlier this month, she shared a clip of herself hula hooping for 30 seconds - her personal best after a number of previous attempts.
