Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha issued a stark warning as the Government introduces calories on restaurant menus.
Friday's instalment of the popular daytime show saw the panelists discussing whether or not the move - which is aimed at tackling the obesity crisis - is a good idea. Lady Leshurr, whose real name is Melesha Katrina O'Garro, said she struggles with her weight in a different way to some.
She said: "I'm trying to put on weight and I can't. People will be like 'you lucky bugger' but I don't feel lucky.

Nadia Sawalha was adamantly against the itemised calorie counts. She said: "I'm so against this. Having been someone for many years who was a victim, and I do say victim, of calorie counting for many years.
"I can still remember the calories in almost anything, you can ask me something and I'll be able to tell you [clicks fingers]. I would be making crazy decisions.
"It's about nutrient dense food [not calories]. A burger might have 100 less calories than something healthy ... so I'd be choosing the burger.
"Do you know where calorie counting led me? To obesity."
