Kaye Adams has wowed her fans as she showed off her incredible figure in a red swimsuit to mark turning 60. The Loose Women host celebrated her big day on Wednesday, when colleagues hosted a special episode of the ITV Daytime programme.
And in a new snap posted on Instagram to her 150,000 followers and fans, the Scots TV and radio presenter is seen doing a star jump by the side of a pool, looking amazing and happy.
Kaye captioned the post - which has been liked over 10,000 times and commented on more than 600 - saying: "So this is what 60 looks like. That’s the easy bit. What does 60 feel like takes a bit more working out."
"As a life-long age-phobic who has spent the past nine months navel-gazing with Karen Mackenzie on our HTB60 podcast, the short answer is that it feels much the same as yesterday. I’ve got everything that makes me happy - Ian, the kids, sunshine and time to mess around.
"But speaking to so many fellow ‘60 clubbers’ on the podcast has really made me think about how I want to approach however many years I have ahead and, to boil it down to a single line, I want to spend less time focused on climbing and more time focused on growing. I am a typical Capricorn, a little mountain goat who just gets its head down and keeps trekking on up towards the summit.

Kaye has always been open about her dread at turning 60. So much so she launched a Podcast called 'How To Be 60' last year in a bid to ease her own nerves, and provide support for other women facing the same milestone.
She has also admitted to lying about her age in the past, which is another reason she wanted to ease her stress at getting older by launching the podcast with pal Karen Mackenzie.
However, many people have rushed to gush over her latest posted, with Loose Women co-star Charlene White posting: "Happy birthday Kaye!!! Looking as always xx"
Kate Lawler wrote: "Yes Kaye! 60 years young and looking fabulous x"
