Kaye Adams was treated to a big birthday bash during Wednesday's Loose Women as the much-loved host turned 60.
The Scots TV and radio presenter kick started her day off with a gym session, as she shared a video of herself doing an early morning spin class, before her prerecorded birthday episode was screened.
Kaye was treated to a montage of birthday messages from her Loose Women colleagues, including Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore, along with a hilarious cake, hilarious gifts of 'twerking pants' and a plaque which honoured the star's 'twerking skills'.
Kaye has always been open about her dread at turning 60. So much so she launched a Podcast called 'How To Be 60' last year in a bid to ease her own nerves, and provide support for other women facing the same milestone.
The Strictly Come Dancing star has admitted she used to "suffer a serious age block" and would tell people she was 10 years younger.
But speaking during today's programme, Kaye said: "I did, and I feel quite ashamed of it now. It was just one of those things that developed over the years.
"You start off with a joke, don't you. And I guess I was an older mum and I was conscious of the younger mum's at the school gate and the kids away wanted to know what age you are compared to the other mum's.
"And then I might have slipped out a little lie... yeah I did. And then I kept it going, and kept it going.
"And then I actually did at some point take Charlie, my eldest, to a café after school to sit down and confess that mummy was actually 10 years older."
It was then fellow panelist Denise Welch asked if she was cross.
Kaye replied: "She wasn't cross. She was a bit upset and I felt like an absolute horror for doing that."
As the show came to an end, Kaye became quite emotional and told viewers at home: "Can I say genuinely, thank you so much. I really am touched.
"I know I've been really ridiculous about my age, but to have spent so much of my life as I have... a third of it with you lot that has been an absolute joy."
But the celebrations didn't end there, because Coleen Nolan stood up and belted out 'I'm in the Mood for Dancing' before the episode came to a close.
