Jane Moore was handed a 'promotion' by her Loose Women bosses on Wednesday., days after her clash with colleague Kelle Bryan divided viewers at home.
While she is a regular on the panel of the ITV show and has been for a good number of years, tabloid journalist Jane is more of a stranger to the hosting chair, but that's exactly where she was sat for the latest episode, as she was joined by co-stars Linda Robson, Sophie Morgan and Gloria Hunniford.
Jane headed up the Loose Women panel as the programme welcomed Dragon's Den entrepreneur as a studio guest and discussed everything from what songs they would like played at their funeral to an admission from EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy that she had once gone three days without a shower.

Jane has proved to a rather divisive member of the Loose Women panel over the years, with some viewers a huge fan of her straight talking while others have condemned her involvement in arguments on the panel, most recently when she locked horns with Eternal singer turned Hollyoaks actress Kelle over the disappearance of Nicola Bulley and was accused of 'speaking over' Kelle and not letting her finish her point.
Viewers at home got a first indication that Jane would be hosting Loose Women when Phillip Schofield and Holy Willoughby crossed live to their ITV neighbours during This Morning to find out what they had in store. Loose Women's Twitter account had confirmed the line-up an hour earlier,
There was support for Jane stepping up to the main presenter role, with one fan replying "I really like Jane. She talks a lot of sense….unlike some I can mention." Also backing the move, a second tweeted: "Great panel today, love Jane she talks sense unlike some."
