Loose Women's Denise Welch has said she would rather pledge allegiance to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle than King Charles III.
On Monday's programme, the Loose Women panel discussed the King's coronation as well as the changes made to the ancient ceremony as the King is expected to take a more modern approach.
This comes after it was reported that the public has been invited to join the "chorus of millions" to swear allegiance to the King and his heirs. The significant change to the historic service is expected to create a "great cry around the nation and around the world of support for the King", Lambeth Palace has said.

However, as the Mirror writes, it became a topic of discussion as not everyone has said they will be accepting the invite.
Speaking on ITV's chat show, Ruth Langsford asked: "So it's a big thing [the coronation], Denise. Will you be watching but more importantly, will you be pledging your allegiance to King Charles?"
An unamused Denise replied: "What do you think?"
She continued: "I've got nothing against the royal family. However, of late, I am pledging my allegiance, if any, to Harry and Meghan.
"Because of that, I won't be pledging my allegiance. I don't even know what you're pledging for. I think we share the same views. I am loyal. I would pledge my allegiance to my family and that's all. I think it's very outdated.
"And I'm just not a fan of what's going on at the moment. So I won't be pledging my allegiance to them but I wish them all the very best in their King and Queen-ness."
Members of the public watching the Coronation on television, online, or gathered in the open air on big screens have been invited to pledge their allegiance to the new King in the modern addition.
The significant event will be the first of its kind that many of us have witnessed and those who pledge their allegiance will be part of the first Homage of the People.
It replaces the traditional Homage of Peers, in which a long line of hereditary peers knelt and made a pledge to the monarch in person.
The Archbishop will call upon "all persons of goodwill in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and of the other realms and the territories to make their homage, in heart and voice, to their undoubted King, defender of all".
The Coronation oath in full reads: "I swear that I will pay true allegiance to Your Majesty, and to your heirs and successors according to law. So help me God."
