Coleen Nolan shared a fear she has with the audience and viewers on Tuesday's instalment of Loose Women.
She was joined on the popular ITV daytime show by fellow panelists Janet Street-Porter, Charlene White and Linda Robson. As ever, the women discussed topical news and events, and one conversation turned to expressing emotions.
The women talked about whether or not they would comfort a stranger if they saw them crying on public transport.

Janet said she would, leaving Coleen "confused". Janet said: "You all find it so strange when I say anything that depicts me as anything other than grumpy old whatsit". Coleen said she would be "broken" if she saw Janet crying.
She added: "It would break me, because you're just so 'no time for that, just get on with it". The 57-year-old then admitted she is often afraid to cry.
Coleen said: "I actually hate crying, I hate it. So I always try and stop myself crying, which is a really bad thing to do because I think, some days, you've just got to cry.
"But what happens with me is I've got this fear that if I start, I won't stop. I have this thing if I think about something sad for too long and I let it out, I'm going to cry forever. So I stop it.
"Also it really, really wears you out. I'm too lazy to cry, it's hard work".
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
