Loose Women's Coleen Nolan makes 'frisky' joke about her marriage plans

Coleen Nolan joked about her future marriage plans on Wednesday's instalment of Loose Women.

This week's third episode of the ITV lunchtime programme saw Coleen and her fellow panellists discussing new technology, after a robot made history this week.

Members of the House of Lords in Parliament heard from a robot as part of their enquiry into the future of the country's creative industries. The robot, Ai-da, answered questions about producing art.

Christine Lampard said the thought of robots replacing humans "petrified her", while Jane Moore said they could make better workers for some employers. Jane said: "They never take a sick day, they never answer back. They're very efficient".

Coleen quickly interjected with: "I want to marry one. Wouldn't that be good? Starts to get a bit frisky, you can just unplug it".

The discussion seemed to pique viewers interests, with many weighing in on the debate. Taking to Twitter, Lisa said: "Yes, definitely replace MPs with robots!"

Dannii said: "No thank you to robots. They don't take sick days, but they can't break down and die. We'd need people to monitor and fix them". Sara said: "So we can't afford health campaigns but we can afford research into bloody robots?"

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
