Loose Women star Carol McGiffin has left fans surprised after she shared a picture revealing her toned figure. The photo was taken while Carol celebrated her 63rd birthday with her husband Mark in Phuket, Thailand.
The popular host showed off her abs in a bikini on a beach while she was on a break from the ITV show, reports Birmingham Live. Many people can't believe how good she looks for 63.
"Scenes from a 63rd birthday Phuket Birthday girl," Carol captioned the Instagram photo, as the pair also celebrated their 15th anniversary as a couple and their fifth wedding anniversary on the trip. Carol added: "Five years married, 15 years together. Still having a good time. I love my husband every day."

Replying to the snap, Love Suzy said: "How are you 63?! I'd have been surprised even if you said 53! Those are some amazing genes you've got there - happy birthday." Fellow Loose Woman stars also commented.
Denise Welch replied: "Beautiful birthday babe." Ruth Langsford said: "Happy Birthday Carol. You look AMAZING!"
Kate Thornton added: "Happy birthday babe. Looks like you're having the best time with your favourite person in your favourite place."
Carol has reportedly said in the past: "The reason I'm not fat is because I don't want to be fat. I've always been very conscious of my health and particularly what I eat."
