The hot topic of Loose Women today was suffering from Christmas blues.
For many people the festive period is a time of joy and celebration. But, for many it can be a struggle as they may have lost loved ones or simply can't afford food and presents.
Frankie Bridge described her own Christmas blues but was branded insensitive as she said that deciding between eating too many mince pies or starting a juice cleanse was a problem for her. Fans of the show were taken aback with her "out of touch" comments as they complained on Twitter.

The former singer said: "For me, although it is something I love, sometimes I find when I'm supposed to be happy in a situation I feel that pressure. For me, the time between Christmas and the New Year is the hardest because I just don't really know at what point I'm supposed to be at."
She added: "Am I still supposed to be stuffing my face with left over mince pies and turkey or am I supposed to be on a juice cleanse now with the new year new me? I just think that there's a lot there.
"Actually by sharing it so many people felt the same but equally I didn't think that I should. I didn't want to bring people down if they were feeling festive."
Taking to Twitter, Amber said: "Watching #loosewomen and I wish my problems over this Christmas consisted of deciding to eat mince pies after Christmas day or doing a juice cleans- I know problems are subjective, but some of these people would know a real problem if it smacked them in the face."
Elizabeth said: "#LooseWomen Really Frankie it must be so hard to decide whether to visit family members and travelling when half the population can’t afford to heat there homes, I’m all for talking And how your feeling but I think on day time tv talking about this is very insensitive."
Caroline said: "#LooseWomen oh woe is me is she living in the real world.. oh no she’s in a mansion.. try living in the actual real world if you can’t afford presents/heating/ food/ homeless .. your kids won’t go without. Pathetic." A fourth added: "My heart bleeds Frankie- others have so much more to worry about than whether you should eat any more Christmas food #LooseWomen."
