Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray had a busy end of the week. On Thursday, he was part of the team’s reveal of new uniforms. Then he got on a plane to go to Norman, Oklahoma.
His old college team, Oklahoma, held their spring game on Saturday and held a ceremony honoring Murray.
Murray, who won the Heisman Trophy in 2018, was immortalized with a bronze statue of him. Oklahoma unveiled a statue of Murray to place in Heisman Park outside Gaylor Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, joining all the school’s previous Heisman winners.
The status was unveiled Friday night and placed in Heisman Park on Saturday.
